EKYL
EKYL is Estonia’s national organisation representing cooperative housing associations. It provides training, capacity building, advisory services and engages in housing-policy development at national and European level.
In INSPIRenov, EKYL leads the activities focused on replication, transferability and long-term sustainability of the project’s outputs. EKYL provides valuable experience from Estonia’s cooperative housing model, contributes to capacity building, and supports the adaptation of successful practices to the Bulgarian context.
