On 17 June, the second webinar in the INSPIRenov Alliance Talks series, “INSPIRenov Insights for Financial Institutions: Developing Blended Financing Tools for Renovation”, focused on the role of financial institutions in supporting energy-efficient building renovation.
Participants explored how blended financing models can be developed, how investment risks can be reduced, and how the financial sector can facilitate sustainable renovation investments.
The webinar featured Iliana Ivanova, Deputy Head of the Debt Financial Instruments Department at the Fund of Funds in Bulgaria, and Aniko Dobi-Rozsa, Senior Expert at GESB. The session was moderated by Anu Sarnet from the Estonian Union of Co-operative Housing Associations.
